From Wikipedia :
Recycle bin (computing): In computing, a recycle bin, or trash can, is a temporary storage for files that have been deleted in a file manager by the user, but not yet permanently erased from the physical media. Typically, a recycle bin is presented as a special file directory to the user (whether or not it is actually a single directory depends on the implementation), allowing the user to browse deleted files, undelete those that were deleted by mistake, or delete them permanently (either one by one, or by the "Empty Trash" function).

For a single hard drive, we charge
based on the drive's storage capacity.
-For hard drives with a capacity up to 100 GB, we charge $250*.
-For hard drives with a capacity over 100 GB, we charge $2.50* per GB.
For other devices, such as RAID hard drive arrays, flash drives, CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs, floppy diskettes, etc., we charge $75/hr* with a one hour minimum charge.
In any case, if no data is recovered then there is no charge. However, if you choose to ship your drive to us, the shipping costs are your responsibility. Similarly, if you choose to have us ship your failed hard drive back to you, those shipping charges are also your responsibility regardless of the success or failure of the data recovery operation.
We will provide free pickup of your hard drive in Wayne County, OH. We also provide this service for Medina, Summit, Stark, Tuscarawas, Holmes, Ashland, and Richland Counties in Ohio, but there is a $50 pickup charge. This charge is your responsibility regardless of the success or failure of the data recovery operation.
Turnaround time is 7 days from the receipt of your device. This means that we will either have your data recovered and mailed out to you (once payment is received) or you will be informed that the data recovery operation was a failure 7 days after we received your device. Priority service (one day turnaround) is available for double the price. For example, an 80 GB hard drive is normally a $250* charge but with the priority service the cost doubles to $500*. Similarly, a 160 GB drive is normally $400* (160 GB X $2.50*) but the priority service cost is $800*. In this same way, recovery on other media types is normally $75* per hour but doubles to $150* per hour when requesting priority service.
The product you receive as a result of this service is your recovered data copied onto DVD-R discs which are then mailed to you via USPS Priority Mail. The product will not be sent until payment is made in full. Payment must be made online using PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. We will send payment information after successful recovery of your data.
Do not expect that we will repair your hard drive. We will not. Do not expect that we will return your hard drive. We will not unless you request it and pay for return shipping.
